GVG has initiated the Earn While Learn Program on 18th August 2022. The Earn while learn programme provides opportunities to the students to earn while they are learning through the part-time jobs. GVG has tied up with Viveka Sadhana for providing Part-Time Jobs to our students. These students, thus selected are able to work with these companies on a part-time basis and earn experience as well as money to meet their expenses partially and to gain practical experience. Aimed at developing the potential of the students as a valuable human resource, it involves them in understanding the dignity of labour, gives them hands on experience and enhances their ability to face various issues related to the business work environment

Remuneration is awarded to the students in return for the jobs taken up by them, beyond the class hours and also each student is issued with an experience certificate by the company, when the students completed their studies at the College. The company has disbursed a sum of Rs.1,00,000 to the students in the year 2022-2023. Students who work in the hostel campus would gain practical knowledge which would certainly prove to be beneficial when they move out of college.
