Q: When does the application sale start ?
A:Registration for online application for new admission UG 2023-2024 will commence on first week of April.
Q: What is the registration process for UG students ?
A: Registration process is the entry form for getting applications for multiple programmes preferred by the student. Accessing our website https://gvgvc.ac.in/Admission-Procedure.php would cater to the needs of the students seeking admission at our college.
Q: What is admission process followed at your college ?
A: The students applying for the programme will be given admission based on merit abiding to Government reservations and Bharathiar University norms.
Q: What is the eligibility criterion for UG programmes ?
A: The candidates who seek admission to UG programmes must have completed +2 Examinations from a recognized board.
Q: Can a student apply for more than one programme ?
A: Yes, a candidate can apply for multiple programmes she prefers
Q: What are the programmes offered in your college ?

Q: Can we transfer from Self Financing to Aided programmes and vice versa ?
A: Yes, a candidate can transfer from one programme to another based on vacancy in the respective programmes and cut-off marks.

Q: Can I apply for more than one programme ?
A:Yes, candidates can apply for more than one programme by submitting a separate application for each programme
Q: When will the selection list be released ?
A: The selection list will be prepared as per the rules and regulations of the government and released as soon as possible
Q: Can a candidate from any Board apply ?
A: Yes; HSC, CBSE, ICSE and other approved Board results are accepted

A: Yes
Q: How to get admission as a lateral entry (from other colleges)?
A: Lateral entry may be permitted according to vacancy positions in the respective programmes.
Q: How many applications can a candidate buy ?
A: Candidates can buy multiple applications for each course the applicant wishes to apply
Q: What is the selection process ?
A: Based on marks and community reservations; subject marks are considered for 400 and ranked
Q:Is there a separate selection process for the special quota (ex-servicemen, sports-quota, disability-quota) ?
A:Based on the rank list of a particular quota, for available vacancies in UG and PG courses respectively

Q: What is the medium of instruction followed in your institution ?
A:Only English medium.
Q: What is the last date for making payment for the application and completing the registration ?
A:Even though application payment and registration will be kept open until admission is open, your application will be considered as part of the LATE application while generating the MERIT list. It is advised to complete registration as soon as you get the results. We advise the applicant to do registration immediately after the mark is obtained.

3. Students who have got applications are requested to fill their marks and submit the applications through online mode after thoroughly checking the necessary details are filled
4. If any applicant is unable to submit the application in online they can submit the hard copy of the filled in application in the drop box available in the college.
