Mrs.S.Umamaheswari, Associate professor and head and Mrs.N.Vijiyalakshmi, Assistant professor had received Rs 28,000 under UGC Minor research project entitled “Physico-chemical and microbial analysis of drinking water in and around Udumalpet” for the year 2007.
Mrs.S.Kalaichelvi had received Rs 40,000 under UGC Minor research project entitled “The Studies on social relationship of termites with agriculture land and analysis of Physico-chemical properties and microbial population of termitorium soil in Udumalpet” for the year 2007.
