A Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is a formal organization composed of parents/guardians, teachers and members of staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in the College. All parents/guardians of the students of the college are members of the PTA and have a right to seek solutions and redressal of complaints through the Association. The Principal is the President of the Association. It also has a Vice President from the teacher’s side and a Secretary from the parent’s side.
Aims And Objectives
The aims and objectives of the Association are as follows:
To foster and promote good relationship among the members of the staff, students and parents/guardians of the students.
To create keen interest among the members for the smooth working environment and the progress of the college for maintaining good discipline and high academic standard.
The PTA takes unique interest in the development of the college. The Association has been formed with the aim of encouraging and promoting good relationship among the members of teaching staff, students & parents/guardians. It conducts counseling sessions for students through Wards and meetings for parents. After the completion of CIA &ESE Examinations, review meetings are held to discuss the academic progress of the students. The association takes passionate attention in maintaining the higher order academic discipline among the students.
