Curriculum design and Development Inline with TANSCHE and National Educational Policy mandates, the curriculum of all programmes were modified. Board of Studies conducted for 28 programmes and syllabus were revamped to focus on students centric methods and to meet out the current trends in technology
Programmes offered through CBCS/Elective Course System /OBE All the 28 programmes were offered through Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) under Outcome Based Education.
Curriculum Feedback Structured curriculum feedback from Students, Teachers, Employers and Alumni were collected, analysed and report submitted to the management.
Faculty Development Programmes Including Digital Teaching Learning 23 FDPs were conducted to enhance the quality of teaching, research and to up-skill the faculty in usage of ICT tools and preparation of e-contents for digital teaching learning. 
Ensure the Quality in Teaching Academic Peer Evaluation conducted for 27 newly inducted faculties and observations were communicated to them for further improvement.

Application for TNSCST Project 13 Students submitted Project proposal to TNCST and Sanctioned Project - 1
Faculty Welfare Seed money for research and Financial support were provided to the teachers for attending seminar, conference and workshops.
Student Satisfaction Survey Online Student Satisfaction Survey for the Academic year 2023-2024 was conducted. Report was prepared and submitted to the Management for further action.
Measures taken to develop Innovative Ecosystem 34 workshops/seminars on Research methodology, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Entrepreneurship and Skill Development were conducted by GVGVC IIC.
Initiatives taken to streamline Extension activities The Institutions, teachers and students were bestowed with 15 Awards and recognition for extension activities. 51 extension and outreach programmes are conducted by the institution through NSS/NCC/Red Cross/YRC.
Steps towards Collaborative Activities 17 MoUs signed in 2023-2024 to strengthen the activities in the field of research, academic, administrative and extension activities.

Quality Audits and Ranking Academic and Administrative Audit for the academic year 2023-2024 was conducted on 04.05.2024. ISO Audit for the academic year 2023-2024 was conducted on 22.03.2024. Data for NIRF was uploaded.
